Our activities
Bagster designs and manufactures saddle equipment and luggage for motorbikes and scooters which are sold in almost 100 % of motorbike sales locations in France:
- saddlery: comfort seats, complete seats (Seatster), seat covers;
- luggage: traditional and magnetic tank bags, rear luggage, saddle bags, back packs for helmet;
- protection: tank covers, aprons and muffs;
In addition, in the heart of the world of motorbikes, Bagster also develops a range for other land and water vehicles (ATV, jet-ski) and also for large international industrial groups.
In France
Bagster places great emphasis on the quality of its products and services with:
• specific products for vehicle and/or made to measure,
• a range constantly growing with integration of new products
• an efficient after sales department
• a website consultable in 5 languages
Abroad
Outside of France, Bagster sells its products in over 30 countries, mainly in Europe where it is present through importers loyal to the Bagster know-how or by a dealer net work (Germany, Spain).
Furthermore the export team regularly attends international trade shows.
The export remains the main ambition of the firm!

 Warranty of the products
Bagster products are guaranteed for one year except for damages due to abnormal use or a lack of maintenance.
Efficient after Sales service
The after sales service is not invoiced to the customer as long as the product is under guarantee.
The Bagster technicians look for the cause of the defect noticed on the returned product and proceed with a standard exchange if the defect did not result from improper use of the product.
It is also possible to obtain a lost or broken part from the after sales department.
Our products have a one year warranty to the exclusion of damages caused by abnormal use or lack of maintenance.
Our warranty does not give right to reimbursement or compensation under any circumstances.
The end user should return the product with the warranty label + Proof of purchase and/ or the invoice from the dealer to a Bagster dealer.
The dealer will contact After Sales at Bagster to deal with the claim.
