2006: BAGSTER and BULLSTER form a partnership with the group HOLDING TROPHY, which unite from now on 8 brands as successful as recognized, its objective to become the first Group of the Equipment of biker and his motorbike.
 
2005: BAGSTER takes over the activity of windscreen of the firm SECDEM (based in France near Paris) this firm becomes a subsidiary of Bagster and is called Bullster. www.bullster.com
 
2004: Bagster celebrates its twentieth birthday around his team (manpower: 95 persons)
 
2002: R&D department recruits and restructure itself to develop a research centre in middle and longer course. An activity of polyester/rubber is equally launched in order to propose an offer in seat’s products.
 
2001: Creation of a commercial department exclusively dedicated to Germany, first European market of the motorbike.
 
1999: Entry of Bagster SA on the Free Market of the Stock Exchange of Paris.
 
1998: Change of name: Sobanor Plastiques becomes Bagster.
 
1997: Acquisition in 1997 of the saddle maker Briant specialised in leather accessories for motorbikes and vintage collector cars. The purchase of BRIANT allows to acquire a know-how and to double some strategic positions (R&D, Purchase department). The site of La Ferté-Macé becomes the unique production site after the closure of BRIANT.
 
1996: SOBANOR is reorganized and sells THERMODEL.
 
1995: Merger between SIFACT and SPORT BALLY. The new entity is called SIFACT.
 
1994: SOBANOR PLASTIQUES purchases SIFACT, the main competitor of Bagster in tank protectors and bags and creates SAE SOBANOR.
 
1992 : Takeover in 1992 of SPORT BALLY near Paris, leader in France and main competitor of SOBANOR PLASTIQUES for muffs and aprons for motorbikes.
 
1990: Takeover in 1990 of Thermodel Company. (Workshop for thermo shaping)
 
1984: The acquisition by Jacques Nicolas of the Bagster brand from PLASTI-CONFECTION, (specialist in beach mattresses, garden furniture and tank covers for bikes) and creates the company SOBANOR PLASTIQUES in La Ferté-Macé. At the end of 1984 there is a staff of 5 persons.
