Our history

Here are some of BAGSTER’s most memorable moments and iconic products:

1984 || Naissance de BAGSTER
Jacques NICOLAS founds BAGSTER in La Ferté-Macé, Normandy. At the time, the company's core business was the manufacture of tank covers and panniers for motorbikes.
1992 || Au chaud & au sec
Aprons and sleeves are then added to the range of products offered by the brand to equip two-wheelers.
2000 || Sellerie moto
The saddlery business began with the manufacture of saddle covers. Shortly afterwards, the range was extended to include modifications to original saddles, including foam work, choice of materials and colours, and the addition of BULTEX foam or gel inserts.
2001 || Chiens motards
In the early 2000s, the 1st generation of the pet pannier was launched, giving motorcyclists the opportunity to share their passion for motorcycling with their 4-legged companions. The latest version of this model was released in 2017: the PUPPY
2013 || Selles 100% BAGSTER
Expansion of the saddlery range with the arrival of 100% BAGSTER saddles: the "READY" and the "READY LUXE".
2017 || WINZIP
Winter/summer apron with zip-off fleece lining
2019 || ROLL'STER
4-season" apron that rolls up and unrolls in no time at all
2020 || LOCK'N START
Tank bag attachment system compatible with over 130 motorbikes.
