Our history
BAGSTER is a French brand offering accessories for travel and mobility on two-wheeled mobility. Based in Normandy since 1984, the company manufactures its seats and tank covers at its factory in La Ferté-Macé:
- Comfort seats: customisation of original seats for all types of two-wheelers, as well as the manufacture of 100% BAGSTER seats
- Tank covers: development and production of models specifically for each motorcycle
- Rider and motorcycle luggage: a wide range of products designed to meet the needs of all two-wheeler users
- Leg covers and handlebar muffs: patented products specifically designed for each scooter

1984 || BAGSTER is born
Jacques NICOLAS founded BAGSTER in La Ferté-Macé, Normandy. At the time, the company’s core business was the manufacture of tank covers and saddlebags for motorcycles.
1992 || Warm & dry
Leg covers and handlebar muffs were added to the brand’s range of products for two-wheelers.
2000 || Motorcycle saddlery
BAGSTER began developing its saddlery expertise with the manufacture of seat covers. Shortly afterwards, the range was expanded to include the customisation of original seats, with foam reshaping, a choice of materials and colours, and the addition of BULTEX foam or gel inserts.
2001 || Biker dogs
In the early 2000s, the first generation of the pet carrier was launched, giving motorcyclists the opportunity to share their passion for riding with their four-legged companions. The latest version of this model was released in 2017: the PUPPY.
2013 || 100% BAGSTER seats
The saddlery range was expanded with the launch of 100% BAGSTER seats: the READY and READY LUXE models.
2017 || WINZIP
A winter/summer leg cover with a removable fleece lining.
2019 || ROLL'STER
A four-season leg cover that rolls up and unrolls in seconds.
2020 || LOCK'N START
A tank bag attachment system compatible with over 130 motorcycles.
