Bagster products are covered by a one-year warranty, excluding damage caused by abnormal use or lack of maintenance.

After-sales service is free of charge for the customer while the product is still under warranty.

Bagster technicians identify the cause of the defect found on the returned product and proceed with a standard replacement if the issue is not the result of improper use.

It is also possible to obtain a lost or broken spare part through our after-sales service.
